Testing.
I’m in-between about testing. Here’s why:
Pros:
1. It’s a great break from homework and class tests
2. I’m confident in my ability to do well on most of them
3. It embodies the end of the year, save for a few classes that still hold finals
4. If I can finish early then no one can stop me from taking a nap
Cons:
1. I could be in a boat
2. I could be on a hike
3. Proctor sniffing down our necks due to last year’s fiasco
4. Long…
5. 5 AP tests and 2 IB tests makes for 9 testing sessions
6. I don’t have my English binder
Then again, cons 1-4 and 6 apply to school regardless of testing. So in the end, testing is actually a good thing. Thanks collegeboard!

My God I am so sorry and sick of myself.
I’m stuck in a cycle of focusing my whole being on being able to please myself and the world.
I can’t get out of it alone.
I’ve been ignoring You.
You’ve been chasing me.
I WANT TO HAVE SOME MEANING in my life again Lord please as I am here sitting in a pile of study material, having tears stream down my eyes, FEELING you break my heart of stone.
I’ve been away from you for an extended period of time Lord and I HATE IT.
I HATE having to be a part of the world in which I am judged based on my actions, where I have to achieve secular goals in order to become accepted by peers. In which I can be abandoned and tossed away at any moment for a failure.
I hate putting up an act every day at every place. I hate pretending that every huge sin that I commit is no big deal. I hate brushing off Your name and changing the topic whenever it’s brought up.
WHY CAN I NOT ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU love unconditionally?
and why have I been running as hard and as fast as I have been?
